List Presets: Select Multiple Lists With One Click

If you regularly work with the same groups of fan lists, selecting them individually every time can get repetitive.

With the new List Presets feature in BuddyX, you can group multiple lists together, save them under a custom name, and select them all with just one click.

Whether you’re targeting your top fans or excluding certain groups from messages, List Presets make managing your lists faster and easier.

How to Create a List Preset

  1. Open the BuddyX menu and navigate to List Presets.
  2. Click Create preset.
  3. Give your preset a name, such as “Top fans” or “Don’t message”.
  4. Select all the lists you want to include.
  5. Click Create preset to save it.

That’s it! Your new preset is ready to use.

How to Use List Presets

Once you’ve created a preset, it will appear in the Presets section of your list dropdowns.

For example, when using Message All Your Online Fans:

  1. Open the Set Filters section.
  2. Click the Excluded Lists dropdown.
  3. Find your saved preset under Presets.
  4. Click it to instantly select all the lists included in that preset.

Instead of selecting five different lists one by one, you can now select all five with a single click.

Manage Your Presets

Need to make changes? Head back to List Presets in the BuddyX menu.

From there, you can view the lists included in each preset, rename your presets, add or remove lists, or delete presets you no longer need.

You can create multiple presets for different workflows and reuse them whenever needed.

Less repetitive clicking, more efficient messaging. List Presets are available in BuddyX now — give them a try!
