A fan who just renewed their subscription has chosen to stay with you, and that’s the perfect moment to say thank you or send them something special.

With Message Recently Renewed Fans, BuddyX finds every fan who rebilled in the last few days and sends them your message. You can also filter by how much they’ve spent, so your best fans get the right message.

This feature is only available for paid pages.

How to Message Recently Renewed Fans

• On the BuddyX home tab, click Message Expiring / Renewed Fans under Quick Tools and choose renewed fans. You can also open the BuddyX menu, go to Messaging and click Message Recently Renewed Fans.
• Click Create New Message.
• Under Renew Window, choose how far back to look: fans who rebilled in the last 1 to 30 days.
• Under Message, pick one of your message templates or click New Message to write one. You can add media and set a price if you want.
• Click Start Messaging.

Fans who renewed for free, for example on a free trial or a 100% discount, are skipped automatically.

Filter by Spending

Turn on Filter fans by spending to only message fans who have spent a certain amount on your page.

• Spending type: choose what to count, such as total spent, messages, tips, subscriptions, posts or streams.
• Spending value: choose Less than, Greater than or Range, and enter the amount in dollars.

For example, you could send a thank-you with a special offer only to fans who have spent more than $100.

Optional Settings

• Exclude Lists: fans in any of the lists you select won’t receive the message. You can also pick a List Preset to exclude several lists at once.
• Delay: set a delay in seconds between messages.
• Add Messaged Fans to a List: add every fan who received the message to a list, so you can follow up with them later. Click New list to create one on the spot.

Message History

Click Message History to see the messages you’ve sent to recently renewed fans and unsend them if needed.
